“In my 20 years’ of experience as a trainer & assessor, nothing gives me the ultimate fulfilment of being a CPR and First Aid Trainer. It is a critical knowledge and skill that I am transferring to participants in my class, which will flow on and potentially save someone’s life out there in the future.

I have conducted sessions for a wide spectrum of cohorts ranging from corporate clients, doctors, nurses , general public programs, Victorian school students in the mainstream as well as disadvantaged and special needs school in Victoria.

The concept is the same for everyone: DRSABCD, however, the skill is in how you deliver it in a bite-sized format targeted to the unique needs and individual learning context of the participants. That’s the secret to high engagement and delivery!

My greatest honour is getting the opportunity to train and getting feedback from happy and engaged students from the ‘special needs’ cohorts ( autistic, disadvantaged, trauma), who at the end of the class, come up to me quietly and whisper “ i enjoyed that class sir, thank you very much”. This set a burning desire in me to set up my company “evcprfirstaid.com.au” and I hope to continuously learn to excel in my field and engage participants at their own level in the class. I hope to make a difference in the CPR and First Aid training and delivery to every participant in the class with my unique method and, for them to potentially save someone’s life out there because they have been well trained and can execute it to the best of their ability in the real world when they meet the moment.
